My first car since I moved to US. Never planned to purchase Porsche, especially cayenne. However, after shopping around for some other car manufacturers, decided to visit Porsche dealership. To tell the truth, always thought that Porsche is for billioners but when I came to dealer, realised that there is nothing extraordinary. Yes, Porsche cost more than other most common German brands but quality and service is way better, at least in US.
People might think:"why would you buy Cayenne if you can buy Touareg which is pretty much same car" and I can answer that question. Firstly, it drives absolutely different, cayenne has better feedback than Touareg. Secondly, cayenne has way better interior design than Touareg, everything in interior is better, no squeaky sounds, better plastic parts, buttons and controllers are made from a high grade plastic. Last thing which I would like to mention is work of Porsche engineers, it is just good. Of course, there are some things which I would cut off or add but overall driving cayenne is a joy.
